Time to Restring & Prepare for the Tassie Tournament

Sunday was a great day for tying up loose ends.
It was a cold Melbourne day with not much planned but a bike ride and a cruise on the long board in the arvo, after restringing 3 racquets and powering through English, Maths and History homework. Sunday was certainly not a day of rest!

Morning APS Tournament and Social Hit in the Arvo

St Kevin's & Haileybury Tournament ended well, with some great results, despite the weather conditions of hot, windy with periodic rain.

The afternoon proved more relaxing with another round of tennis with some mates after a physio check up at Melbourne Park (National Tennis Centre).

Harry Changes Coaches

As a result of the move from Hobart to Melbourne, Harry says thank you for all your help when farewells coaches and tennis legends, Paul Valentine and Simon Youl as he gives a warm hello to Wayne Arthurs.

The road map to success involves many warm wishes and goodbyes as Harry navigates his way through his career path.

Wayne Arthurs has been quick to snap up our young Harry as he begins his training in Melbourne. Harry describes Wayne as a fun personality who keeps the enjoyment of tennis as priority during his training sessions. Even when momentum is low, Wayne's coaching techniques have Harry in full swing and energized in no time at all.

St Kevins College Waterford Excursion

Port Phillip Bay Cruise

Yes, it was as it seems, a very tough day on the job. The leisurely cruise took it out of us. The ambient scenery around the bay had us put in some good work for the cameras.

The Docklands

This is a shot of my two class mates appreciating Melbourne's landmark architecture surrounding The Docklands.
